What is your pricing structure for mobile Bartending services?

Pricing structures for my services can vary. Some services charge an hourly rate per bartender, or may offer package deals based on the number of guests or hours of service. It's important to discuss pricing and get a clear understanding of the costs involved.

Is alcohol included?

Alcohol is not included in our packages.

Alcohol is included with our self-service bar, please inquire for

more details.

Are you certified?

We are California RBS Training Certified.

The state of California requires all on-premises alcoholic beverage servers

successfully complete an ABC-approved California Responsible Beverage

Service Training program. It is the most recommended authorized California

bartending license certification.

Are you insured?

Our insurance for serving alcohol includes general and liquor liability to,

provide you with comprehensive coverage that covers the common risks of running

an alcohol-serving business.

Is a deposit required?

A 200 deposit is required, this will go toward your package total. It will only be refundable if you cancel 3 weeks before your event date.

Is there a fee for setup and break -down ?

We require an hour before your event time,

to set up and get ready for successful night.

We have to charge a flat fee of $80 for set up and breakdown.

How far in advance should I book your mobile bartending services for my event?

It is recommended to book mobile bartending services well in advance, especially for popular dates or during peak seasons. It's best to reach out to the service provider as soon as you have the event details and date finalized.

Do you provide all the necessary bar equipment and supplies?

Mobile bartending services typically come equipped with the necessary bar equipment and supplies, including cocktail shakers, strainers, jiggers, bottle openers, and ice buckets. However, it's a good idea to confirm this with the service provider beforehand.

Can you customize the drink menu for my event?

Most services are flexible and can customize the drink menu based on your preferences and event theme. They can provide suggestions and recommendations, and work with you to create a menu that suits your event.

Are you able to travel to different locations for events?

Our Services are within a 20-mile radius. From Covina ca 91723 However, for any additional mileage beyond the initial 20 miles, there will be an additional charge of $2.00 per mile."
